Certain services offered by Jorte Career Counsel are paid premium services. By purchasing our services:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with the selected subscription tier or custom package.
• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay).
• Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed package agreement, fees paid for counseling services and digital subscriptions are non-refundable once the service delivery has commenced.

You agree not to:

• Provide fraudulent academic or personal credentials (e.g., false NEET scores).
• Attempt to breach security, capture screenshots or videos of restricted content (protected by automated systems), or scrape data from the platform.
• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software, and design elements, is the property of Jorte Career Counsel and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Jorte Career Counsel makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, we do not warrant that college cutoff predictions, seat availabilities, or admissions outcomes are guaranteed. Admission outcomes depend entirely on official authorities and candidate choices. Under no circumstances shall Jorte Career Counsel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
